Founder

At the helm of FIKA, Caroline Strobel is a brand strategist with a strong international background and over 15 years of experience in branding, marketing, and brand positioning for premium companies. A trained advertising professional, she holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Brand Management from Kingston University London and a postgraduate degree in Business Planning and Management.

She has worked at one of the world’s largest multinational corporations and served as a strategist at a global communications agency, leading brand projects for names such as Nestlé, Volvo, and Bepantol.

Driven by a restless spirit and a desire to challenge traditional models, Caroline founded FIKA — a consultancy specialized in projects that blend strategic thinking with creative sensitivity.
